Intracoastal condo with Key West flair! Come enjoy direct yacht channel views from the Great room, Dining room, Kitchen, and Masterbed. Step from the screened patio to the sea wall and fish from tourquoise waters 1/4 mile from ocean access. This newly furnished 1600 square foot first floor condo has Eastern exposure, so plan to relax on the patio and enjoy the private location, wide water views, and balmy afternoon ocean breezes. Two bedroom suites, one King and one Queen, each have adjoining full bathrooms. Guests may take repose on the Queen sleeper in the great room. The kitchen is fully applianced and stocked with china, crystal, spices, and cooking and cleaning implements. Linens, towels and hand soaps are also provided. Keep your car cool in the covered carport directly outside of the front door. A new washer/dryer provides convenient in-condo laundering. Additionally, cable TV and all utilities are included. Come on down and make yourself at home in our balmy paradise!

Located on the intracoastal waterway near West Palm Beach, providing nonstop mega-yacht highway views. Less than one mile from the oceanfront of Singer Island. A quarter mile from water taxi access to Peanut Island with Maritime museum and sandbar fun at Palm Beach Inlet. Experience Thursday evening dining and craft festival on Palm Beach Shores, with crystal clear blue waters and fish viewing/feeding fun. Shop at the beautiful Gardens mall and the new Downtown at the Gardens just two miles away. Enjoy Olympic sized swimming pool as well as golfing at North Palm Beach Country Club, an 18 hole Jack Nicholas Public World Class Course just two miles north on US 1. Kayak the seagrape mangrove isles and explore the boardwalk to the beach at McArthur State Park on Singer Island. • Required Stay: 3 night minimum
   
• Deposits: A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required for a week or less rental, $500 for greater than one week but less than one month, and $1000 for monthly and greater. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation to secure the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (5) days of departure. If damages exceed deposit amount, then the owners are
   
• Other Fees: Housekeeping fee is $100.00 per rental period: this includes the one time linen-towel setup. For greater than 4 occupants, rental rate is $180.00/night off season(May through September), $225.00/night in season (October through April). Electric and telephone (usually $100/mo and $35/mo respectively) not included in rental rate and bills will be forwarded to and payable by tenant. Paypal fee = 5% of billed total

We had a wonderful week in this property. When we walked in and saw the view across the water we were blown away. The property itself was gorgeous. It was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. We had fun fishing from the jetty and enjoyed hours of fun and relaxation on the beautiful local beaches. We had a wonderful time staying at the Intracoastal Condo. The place was immaculate & very comfortable. The pictures are great, but even better in person. The screened porch was perfect for relaxing and taking in the sounds of the water and feeling the sea breezes. It was a welcome change for our family, we left 30 degree weather at home!
