Description of the Singer Island vacation condo rental

Offer is for my week at Palm Beach Shores Resort, on Singer Island. Due to unforseen circumstances I am unable to travel in June. This is for a one bedroom unit, that sleeps 4 very comfortably. One king size bed in private bedroom and one sofa bed queen size pull out in the living room. Pictures attached are a corner unit available upon request at check-in. I am an owner of this week so no Sales meeting is required.

The week runs from Saturday to Saturday, June 6-June 13, 2009, asking price is 600.00 for entire week.. This resort charges well over $175.00 night. Room is ocean view. Small efficiency kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, equipped with iron and ironing board, some small appliances such as blender. Pot, pans, linens, towels, dishes, are all provided. Linens are changed on Wednesday's. Towel and trash are picked up and restocked daily.

Resort feature daily musical entertainment, pool side
Resort offers facials, manicures, massages, for an additional fee
The beach has an array of activities available for an additional cost, from jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, or snorkeling.
Sailfish Marina, within walking distance, daily water tours and evening excursions are available for a nominal fee
Twenty minutes from downtown West Palm Beach
Minutes from grocery and shopping malls

Rental of this week does not include travel expenses or airfare.
Parking is free, since I own the week. Taxes included.
Renter must allow resort to run a credit card for any incidentals, ie, phone, charges to room for food, spa treatment, etc. .
A $1.00 per day, safe fee is automatically billed to your room.
The highest bid includes the cost of the unit for one week, and parking for one week. It does not include any incidental expenses to the unit you incur during your stay ie, activities, entertainment, damages. Week does not include food and beverage.

The sale is final. No refunds will be made if buyer is unable to occupy unit.
Once payment is received, I will contact the resort, the weeks unit reservation will be changed over to your name. Therefore, it will be necessary for you to contact me with your information. I will then scan, and email you the reservation number and you will be checking in under your name.
