You and your family are invited to enjoy living in a lovely condo right on the beach in Singer Island, Fl. Your condo will have spectacular views of Worth lake and the Atlantic ocean.
Imagine waking up with the sound of the ocean, talking a walk on the sandy beach and sip coffee on your balcony.
Your condo is on the 14th floor of a resort-like building with a beautiful Pool, Tennis courts, Grill and BBQ area, Party room, Sauna, Gym, Library and many more amenities.
This elegant and modern ocean front condominium is fully furnished, you’ll be provided with everything from the bedding to towels.
There are 2 bedrooms; the master has a King bed, the guest room has a Full bed and a Twin bed. Both bedrooms have extensive closet space.
The Condo also has two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a separate shower and bath tub. Free Parking, Free Cable, Free phone, Free electricity (up to $50.00 a month) and washer and Dryer!
You’ll enjoy the open living and dining rooms that are connected to the updated and modern kitchen with granite counter top serving as a great conversation area.
There is a very large entertainment center including a television, VCR/DVD player and CD player in the living room for a great movie and game time, plus a TV in the master bedroom.
Entrance to the building is through electronically controlled gates and the covered parking is very close to the entrance to the building.
My condo will be available July 2013. Minimum rental is one month.

Splendid Surprise!

Without a doubt, this was hands down the most positive experience I've ever had renting someone's place as opposed to a hotel. Dealing with the owner, I found her personality engaging, friendly and courteous. The condo was well furnished with all the essentials I needed and then some. It was spotless and everything in fine working order. The location of condo couldn't have been better situated, given that it's on the beach. We loved that it's not crowded with masses of people, leaving you to hear the sounds of the ocean and walk the fine sandy beach with a multi-colored ocean that's stunning. Having never been to Singer Island, we'll definitely be back again and again and will work with this owner, always.
