Sitges centre town luxurious house

This 3 bedrooms townhouse located right on the centre of Sitges and recently refurbished and redecorated is the best option for groups (up to 6 persons) wishing to stay in the very centre of the city with privacy and a luxury standard of accommodation.
The house is only 200 meters far from Plaça del Cap de la Vila (Sitges main square), 400 meters far from San Sebastian beach and from the Church neighbourhood, the most beautiful area in Sitges.
Just in front of the house there is the Retiro Complex that includes public parking (24 hours a day) gardens, Café and the Cinema where every year it is done the Sitges Festival of Terror Movies.
The house has four levels and it features central heating, air conditioning and a large terrace.
At the street level there is a garage (available as an extra) and a dressing area with a bathroom just some steps up the street door. The first floor is a large leaving room / open kitchen with a balcony. The second floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace.
Every bedroom has a double bed (two bedrooms have a 180 x 190 cm bed with the possibility of been converted in two 90 x 190 beds if asked in advance and the third one a 135 x 180 cm bed) wardrobe, heating, and air conditioning. All the bathrooms are new with power showers and halogen lights. One of the bathrooms in the second floor has also a Jacuzzi.
The house is fully equipped. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven and other amenities as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a small room with the washer machine and the dryer. The living room has Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and CD.
Bath linen and bed linen are provided.
The rate depends on the season. The total rates (that include the standard cleaning) are € 170 during the low season, € 250 during the medium season and € 320 during the high season. Low season is from November 1st to April 15th (except Christmas/New Year and Carnival), medium season is from April 16th to June 15th, October and December 28th to 30th and high season is Carnival week (from Thursday to Wednesday) June 16th to September 30th, December 24th to 27th, December 31st and January 1st.
You can arrive to Sitges either by car or by train. If you arrive by car you have the Retiro public parking just in front of the house and if you arrive by train (there is a train station at Barcelona Airport and with one change at Barcelona Sants Station you will go to Sitges) you need to walk less than 10 minute to the house
