Description of the Smith Mountain Lake vacation condo rental

Smith Mountain Lake Condo (WATERFRONT) with boat slip available, golf and tennis courts, hiking on premises, of Mariner's Landing, close to Smith Mountain State Park. Watersports abundant, jet skis , fishing, swimming and picnics. Beach at The Point in Mariners Landing.
Condo has a screened porch facing the lake, Cable T.V. each bedroom. Complete kitchen with all appliances and tableware, dishes,glassware, and cooking utensils, Washer and dryer.Ironing board, Central air, Gas fireplace with logs .WiFi access at The Pointe , (clubhouse on premises).

Area Information

Beautiful Lake, State Parks, Marinas, boating, jet skis, fishing.Restaurants.Bridgewater Marina has putt putt and Pizza, Mangos Bar and waterfront dining and shoppes.Access by water or car.
Boat slips can be rented on the property. Short drive to restaurants and drive in theater, Miniature golf, water park with bumper boats in town.
Short drive to historic Bedford Memorial, Roanoke and many other State Parks and attractions.

Son's graduation

We came across this site and condo while looking for a place to stay for my son's graduation from Liberty Univ. Your place was very neat, beautifully decorated, and priced just right during the higher priced season of graduation. You provided amenities we never would have thought of. I also slept better than my own bed! Waking up to mornings on the lake will stay with us for a long time. Thank you again!!

Peaceful, restful weekend in Virginia

We rented this place to be close to our son who is attending Liberty University and was on a fall break.. He came over and stayed with us here for a few days. The place is very nicely decorated, very comfortable and the surrounding area was beautiful. The price was extremely reasonable. We really enjoyed our few days here and would definitely go back again. It's about a 45 minute drive to liberty from here..

summer at smith mountain lake

August 21, 2011

Rented for this 2011 summer and went down on weekends and some full weeks. The condo is quiet, clean, and spacious and is walking distance to several pools. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a nice golf course, not too expensive, right on site so I played a lot of golf. Great docks right at the condo and also at The Pointe where there is a restaurant/bar/pool and an unbelievable view. In the past, I have rented for just a week in the summer and the rent has been around $2,000 or more just for that one week. Highly recommend Smith Mountain Lake. Will always go back.
