River bottom Ranch Home in middle of cow country, Only 2 miles from 71 and Smithville. Large solarium-enclosed Swimming Pool, with 8 foot diameter hot tub and secluded private location. Enjoy the peace and quite yet close to town.

Our family recently stayed at Hope Farms. We had a wonderful time. There were enough activities to keep everyone occupied, and enough quiet spaces to chill if desired. The "innkeepers" were delightful and on hand when we needed them, but invisible when we didn't. A delightful experience.
