This condo is part of Lakeside Resort, which is located on the shores of Pineview Reservoir, and offers year round recreational opportunities. This is also the closest Lodging to the world renowned Snowbasin, A Sun Valley Resort(8 minutes to the lifts).

This condo may be rented as either a 1 or 2 BR unit.
A large master bedroom suite, located on the upper level, includes a queen bed, jetted tub, standing shower, walk-in closets, and a pull-out twin sleeper sofa. A second bedroom, complete with 2 twin beds, is located on the main level of the condo. Also on the main level is a large living/dinning area, full kitchen, and queen sleeper-sofa. The condo has a private hot tub on the deck where you can enjoy views of Snowbasin Mountain and Pineview Reservoir.

The area offers a host of activities within minutes of the condo. Bring your hiking boots and enjoy numerous local trails or rent mountain bikes at the nearby ski resorts. For those who love the water, the Pineview Reservoir offers swimming, boating, waterskiing, and fishing. Other activties include horse back riding, rock climbing, hot-air ballooning, kayaking, white water rafting, and golfing. Don 't miss the annual Ogden Hot Air Balloon Festival in August or the many marathons and triathlons the area hosts.

And of course world-class skiing and snowboarding during the witner season at Snowbasin Resort--8 minutes to the lifts! Additionally, the condo is in close proximity (20 minutes) to Powder Mountain and Wolf Creek Mountain (a beginner 's mountain).
