First let me say that I go for the skiing not the accommodations. But I must say that staying in this particular unit at Lakeside Resort was fantastic. With two floors and a game room the kids had plenty of space for their fun while we could relax after a hard day of skiing in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine. The bedrooms were great with nice down comforters. The kitchen was well laid out with every imaginable appliance. Eating in in such a nice environment is such a plus with the high coast of skiing these days. Oh and I must say something about the hot tub. I’m not much of a fan but I must admit sitting in the private outdoor hot tub watching the moon rise over Pineview Lake with the mountains in the background was simply spectacular. Another advantage of Lakeside is the shuttle service to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain ski areas. Differently two of Utah’s best kept secret ski areas. We’ll be back and will try to get this same unit. Very few units face the lake and with the hot tub, layout and condition of the unit it was a real plus.
