Relaxing views of Sierra ridges from living room and deck. Quiet walks available. This is a relaxing home to spend time and is pleasantly decorated.
Area Description
In the winter the following ski areas are within 3 miles; Royal Gorge a 5 minute walk is North Americas largest XC skiing resort, Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, and Soda Springs. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, North Star and Reno require less the 45 minutes of driving. Shopping and dining are available in Truckee a 15 minute drive. Many fishing lakes are available in the area. Alpine ridge hiking is also readily available.
