Description of the Solana Beach vacation condo rental

Welcome to Beautiful Del Mar shores!
What a view and the dolphin's are included!!
Complete remodel with expanded kitchen & top of the line stainless appliances including a wine refrig with a welcome bottle of wine! Tradition, is having a glass of wine and watching the sunset with friends each evening.
A wall of windows across the living room with attached covered patio (furnished of course) and your own personal grill. Living room includes leather sofas (one makes into a queen size bed) Media Center with TV, Dvd, CD player and surround sound for that extra ambiance. Large granite counter provides seating for 4 and there is seating for 4 in the dining room.
Bath has a walk-in shower with stone and granite accents.
Loads of cabinets for storing your things and a large linen closet.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 night stands, an armoire with TV and cozy nook with a desk.
The patio off the Master bedroom has 2 white wicker chairs and a wicker table and a dolphin fountain for relaxing and reading a good book.
The Rec room is open every day until 9:00 PM and includes mens & womens bath & shower & sauna. A Heated pool overlooks the ocean and the spa is located just steps from this unit.
There are 2 parking spaces in the gated garage and the large assortment of good restaurants are within walking distance of 2 blocks. Del Mar Race Track is within half a mile and the Cedros Design District is also within walking distance.
There is always something to do and enjoy.
Just falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is such a pleasure.
The complex is very quiet and mostly occupied by the owners.
This is the first time this great condo has been offered as a seasonal rental, so call me soon before it's gone!

Next to Del Mar and the Cedros Design District.
Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Easy access to I-5 and also the Coastal Highway for a scenic trip along the ocean.
