The bungalow is in walking distance to Del Mar Beach, The Race Track, and shopping. Driving time to Interstate 5 is five mintues. The neighborhood of Solana Beach is exclsusive and offers all the ameneties of entertainment, shopping and natural beauty. There is a park directly across the street from the bungalow. We are blocks from two of the most famous Mexican Restaurants, and three blocks from The Fish Market, landmark fine dining.
The property is next door to an Iron Works warehouse and the noise may be disturbing. We have adjusted our rate for this inconvenice. They work 8-5 and are closed on the weekends.

We provide linens, cooking utensils, color televsion, VCR, Compact Stereo, Washer Dryer, Enclosed patio and gated driveway. Telephone, and cable is included. The bungalow has a claw foot tub, shower combo, one queen bed and one day bed. THE PROPERTY IS FOR SALE.
