Expansive lush backyard provides a great venue for entertaining with BBQ, patio, meditation garden and vegetable garden. You are welcome to the fresh tomatoes, green beans, squash, egglplant, etc. during your stay which you can cook in your gourmet kitchen with its granite counter tops and all stainless hi end appliances. Open your balcony door off the master to feel the ocean breeze at night or fall to sleep to the sound of the surf. Partial ocean view from master. You are a block from the San Elijo Lagoon, a block from the Cedros Design Center or Solana Beach train station with its double decker shuttle to the Race Track and Fairground or a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The Del Mar Race Track is less than a mile away. Open floor plan with large gourmet kitchen flowing into large family room with 60" screen TV with Satellite TV. All utilities, wireless internet, beach chairs, body boards, bicycles, weekly gardener and maid included.

Solana Beach is a charming beach community located 25 minutes north of downtown San Diego. Within one mile are the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track (season July 22 - Sept. 9, 2009); multiple white sand beaches including Del Mar Beach and Dog Beach, Fletcher Cove and Beach, Cardiff Beach, including Swami's - the well know surf beach; the San Elijo Lagoon and Nature preserve with walking paths; Cedros Design Center with boutique shops and Sunday Farmer's market. One block away is the Coaster/train statin that can take you to Disney Land in 80 minutes or to downtown San Diego in 30 minutes to take in the Padres or the Gaslamp. Legoland is 15 min north, SeaWorld is 20 min south, the Zoo and Balboa Park are 20 min. south, the Wild Animal Park is 30 min east.
