Bring your boat to this waterfront home on Mill Creek, a major tributary of the the Patuxent River. The large brick home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a sunroom, eat-in kitchen, a dining room, air conditioning, baseboard heat, a fire place in the living room and a fire pit in the sunroom, and laundry facilities. The spacious deck faces the new dock and has a gas bar-b-que. The water at the dock has a 4-6 foot depth. The lush one + acre of land is plenty of space for sunning, picnicing, and watching the boats pass by. Downtown Solomons Island is less than five minutes away and the Cheseapeake is less than 10 minutes by boat. One hour from Reagan National Airport, and one and a half hours form Baltimore Airport, this home is ready for travelers from all over the world. Utilities are included in the rental.

Area Information

The property is located at the end of a quiet dead end street, minutes from new nearby shopping centers, the Calvert Maritime Museum, art galleries,excellent restaurants, and night life in Solomons Island. The town of Lusby is one hour south of both Washington D.C. and Annapolis. Baltimore is less than one and one half hours away. The University of Maryland has an Environmental Research branch in Solomons Island. Fishing and crabbing are two popular activities in the area.
