This gorgeous secluded property offers great views, spacious living areas and solar heated pool. It is a perfect getaway for families or friends traveling together. And would be an excellent choice for corporate retreats and small weddings.

The property is located in the Valley of the Moon on 3.5 professionally landscaped acres within minutes to dozens of world class vineyards and 5 minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza.The Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco are 45 miles south (a 50-60 minute drive).

The property has a solar heated swimming-pool (with removable child-proof fence), two ponds, putting green, a private gate, a circular drive-way with a central fountain, and a two car garage.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the one level 3000 sqf country house, with vine covered eaves facing the sunset over Sonoma Mountain and the private pool.

All of the rooms in the home have sliding glass doors that invite you out to the private pool, and pond area, and all of the rooms have hardwood oak floors. The living room features a grand piano, a queen sofa bed, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that opens to the dining room as well.

All the beds have down filled duvets and fine linens.

The kitchen is designed with cherry wood cabinets, Italian granite counters, a Wolf six-burner professional cook top with infra-red hood heaters, stainless steel appliances, including silent Bosch dishwasher.

Professional landscaping with a large variety of roses, an abundance of oak trees, over twenty different young fruit trees (seasonal), a vegetable garden (seasonal), and a herb garden.

Six-hole golf putting green (clubs supplied) for the enthusiasts with a viewing bench for supporters (or those who rather sip wine). Views of both Moon Mountain (east) and Sonoma Mountain (west).

Crib in the second bedroom can be removed. At least one week notice to remove and store.

The gated property (Private gate) has circular drive way with central pond and fountain.
The remaining two acres of the property have a park-like setting, studed with native wine country and fruit trees. There is also a herb and vegetable (seasonal) garden.

The property is located in the valley of the Moon where tens of world class wineries are located, among them are Chateau St. Jean, Benziger and Kenwood. The historic Plaza in downtown Sonoma is just 5 minutes drive. The Golden Gate bridge and San Francisco are 45 miles south (a 50-60 minute drive).
