The main house features master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bath with huge tub and shower, 2 additional bedrooms, formal dinning area, living room, large kitchen and second bath. A two bedroom apartment is connected to the house above the garage. This 1000 square foot unit has its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. This provides the optionfor 2 separate groups to enjoy privacy. Two bedrooms have king beds and 3 bedrooms have queens. 40x 20 pool, 6 person spa, propane BBQ with granite counter, outdoor lighting around entire ouse, vineyard covered arbors, 4000 square feet of lawn, 100 rose bushes, gameroom with pool table, air hockey, a ping pong table, 5 tv's on satelite dish with 200 channels, air conditioning, washer and dryer, formal dinning room seats 8, kitchen with granite countershops, 2 fireplaces, 2 outdoor dining tables seats 6 ea., living room has fireplace and a large screen tv.

To west 6,000 acres of cattle ranch with beautiful mountain range. Gloria Ferrer vineyard 100 yards to the north. Cline vineyard 200 yards tothe south.Located on col del sac street with houses on 5 acre parcels including ours.
