 Watch out for the owner., June 9, 2009

I was led to believe I would be able to rent this property by the owner. He told me he would get me the contract when he got back from a short vacation, and I thought I was done looking. Later he told me the property was rented. Watch out for this guy! His emails were rude, and if he misrepresents himself on this small scale, imagine what would of happened if I'd actually written him a check. Blessing in disguise.
