The estate house was built in 1994 and has since enjoyed an elite group of guests beginning with Warner Brothers premier stars who stayed at Runningwood while filming a new Warner Brothers production. Since then the property has been used to host and entertain high profile wedding ceremonies and fundraising events. Runningwood is a private and gated property with restricted access for security and media control. The property is available to rent for a wide spectrum of events.

• Deposits: A deposit is required to hold reservations. The full rental amount (in addition to the deposit) is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. All balances must be paid before any due date or your reservation will be canceled by default. Deposit will be held until the premise has been inspected and deemed in good order, and consumption of utilities has been determined for appropriate charge per the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement. The remainder wll then be forwarded.

My family & I had an amazing trip to Sonoma, the house and owner allowed it to be extra special. No words can express the feel of the house and Oh my God,, the view. We felt as if we traveled across the ocean to Italy. From the moment we booked or reservation, to the moment we departed, the owner of the property was available to provide us with what ever we needed. We will be back, God willing,our next trip to this area. Much Thanks to Rudy and his family for allowing us such a pleasure..
