Description of the Sonoma vacation villa rental

Wine Country, Mediterranean Villa on six acres with a private gated entrance. Breathtaking, INCREDIBLE "Valley of the Moon" and vineyard views!!! Next to Cline Cellars, Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves, and Viansa Wineries. Truly a picture -perfect setting in Sonoma Wine Country, just minutes from downtown Sonoma and 30 miles from San Francisco and Oakland.

This beautiful, 4700 square foot villa features four private bedrooms plus an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in a separate den, and a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs separate living room, AND full size sleeper sofa in the Wine Cellar; a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and completely equipped for entertaining,a brand new heated 40 X 15 pool with slide for the kids to enjoy, a wonderful bubbly jacuzzi seating 10 next to the lion fountain on one of the MASSIVE verandas, endless decks with views. The bright, light, and open interior is accentuated by soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and French doors leading onto the paver tiled verandas and courtyard containing a fountain and outdoor jacuzzi.

The master bedroom has a sun room and a shower detailed with glass block, and an antique KING-size poster bed, and private deck. There are two bedrooms (one located in the loft) , each with queen-size beds and sharing a full bath, upstairs, with an attached upper level LARGE deck overlooking Cline Cellars Vineyard, with lounge chairs. The downstairs features one bedroom with a queen bed, and entertainment/living room with queen sleeper sofa, full bath adjoining both rooms, and another washer and dryer, and an additional kitchen, and doors leading out to the heated swimming pool. Bonus: expansive wine cellar with a full sleeper sofa!

There are two fireplaces, one in the airy kitchen/dining room, and a large stone fireplace in a corner of the great room. The courtyard features a fountain, and a blue tiled pool. The outside verandas feature patio dining furniture , and the inside dining room table accommodates ten, with the breakfast bar area in the adjoining kitchen seating an additional two people.

There is a propane gas grill and a smoker available for barbecuing. The entire home is air conditioned. The home has three televisions ,three VCR's, and a video library. The stereo system has Bose speakers in thhe kitchen and great room, as well as the outside decks. We have added a LARGE screen TV in the den, with a DVD player, including a DVD library of recent hits. This luxury home comes with internet access via wireless WiFi--best high speed wireless connection in great room, kitchen, and on the decks.

The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, thus big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed through the villas' arched windows. The exquisite horses, imported from Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and adjoining pastures and arena. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the owner of the Villa, and not open to the public. Guests may schedule private riding lessons aboard our imported friesian horses, with the on site dressage trainer.

All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens are included. The entire house is air conditioned and available for up to 12 people for nightly, weekly, or monthly occupancy... Come to the Black Sterling Villa for a one-of-a-kind incredible Wine Country getaway!! You will LOVE the unique quiet setting with views that never end, in a fabulously furnished exquisite luxury home. The weekly rental rate is $4370 (Apri1-Nov), and only $3770/week Nov-Mar, including all taxes, and we have a minimum rental fee of $4370 for rentals April 1-October 30, 2007. If the Villa is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the night, the rate is $975 per night, including tax, Apr 1 -Oct 30th, with a two night minimum. We offer two 3 million dollar luxury homes situated right next to each other: at 24120 and 24110 Wine Country Ct in Sonoma 95476. They are 35 miles north of San Francisco, 5 miles south of city of Sonoma town square. There are SPECTACULAR views of the following vineyards: Cline, Viansa, Jacuzzi and Gloria Ferrer. AND views also of San Pablo Bay!! To the west is 6,000 acres of cattle ranch open space with a beautiful mountain range. Gloria Ferrer Champagne Caves is just 100 yards to the north. We adjoin Cline Cellars vineyards on the south.

The Black Sterling Villa and Vineyard Estates are located on a private col de sac, and the Vineyard Estate is on 5 private acres with chardonnay grapes planted in the front, and the Villa is privately gated on 6 acres.
