Located in the San Roque club resort, close to the coast, between Gibraltar and Marbella in a very beautiful spot overlooking the ancient cork forests of the Andalucian foothills.

• Deposits: A deposit of 30% of the total rental is required to confirm a booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period
   
• Other Fees: A refundable deposit of £200 is required against damage or breakages, to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost This deposit will be returned within 20 days of the end of the rental period following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a magagement charge of 20% of the cost.
