The apartment benefits from a large 84m2 south west facing terrace, directly overlooking the 13th hole of the San Roque old course, home of the Spanish Open Golf Championship in 2005 / 2006.

Area Description

Located in the San Roque club resort, close to the coast, between Gibraltar and Marbella in a very beautiful spot overlooking the ancient cork forests of the Andalucian foothills.

5 minutes drive: Pueblo Nuevo village with shops, large supermarket, French bakery / cafe and numerous restaurants.

8 minutes drive: Alcaidesa beach resort with beautiful sandy beach, links course, windsurfing, bars, cafes and restaurants.

10 minutes drive: "millionaire's marina" at Sotogrande, with sailing, water-skiing, fashionable waterfront bars and restaurants - even a polo club.
