Description of the Sotogrande vacation apartment rental
Brand new, very spacious, ground floor apartment in the superior development of Valgrande. Flights to Gib (15mins) or Malaga (60mins).The apartment is fully furnished to a high specification and has a/c & c/h throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room & master bedroom have sliding doors onto the terrace which overlooks ancient cork groves. There is a spectacular communal swimming pool which cascades down to the maturely planted gardens with plenty of sun lounger’s on the surrounding lawns. Valgrande is located opposite the prestigious Valderrama golf course in the heart of Sotogrande. The port, shops, beach, tennis courts, restaurants and 5 golf courses are all within 10 minutes drive of the apartment. In addition a new 'Wellness Centre'has just been opened for owners and their guests which provides a 60ft. indoor heated pool, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, gym, Turkish bath, solarium, practice bunker and putting green. Morocco is an easy day excursion as is Tariffa.
Valgrande is situated opposite the championship golf course of Valderama. Set in its own grounds with security barrier entry. There is a community infinity swimming pool shared between approx 20 apartments, with a life guard on duty during the summer months. Valgrande has many local villages in the vicinity with numerous popular 'ventas' and restaurants. Sotogrande is situated an hour's drive south of Malaga, 20 minutes away from Gibraltar and about 90 mins from Jerez. It is a beautifully landscaped resort with wide tree lined avenues, set on the coast adjacent to a river estuary with a superb marina. It is totally unlike the rest of the 'costas' and is designed to be a tranquil yet provides everything for the perfect holiday from sailing, to golf. Easyjet flights from most airports to Malaga and BA and Monarch fly to Gibraltar.

There is life guard on duty at the pool during the summer months so children can be left in the knowledge that they are being over seen. Security is such that only residents/tenants are allowed into the area.
