If requested, additional Queen size and twin size blown-up mattress provided.

Lower Level opens to a wooden deck and a yard facing the sea and includes:
Large Living room with a Fireplace which faces also the Master bedroom.
1 master bedroom w/ a Queen size Bed
Walk-in closet
1 Full bathroom
Laundry & Utility room

Upper Level (entry level)opens to an exterior wrap around deck which is facing the sea and includes:
Living room w/ a Fireplace.
Dining Area
Kitchen with island.

The beach in our town, along the north shore of long island, is one of the cleanest and most beautiful in the area. It is stretched for miles with no interruptions - true heaven for nature, sea life and birds.
Views and scenery is beautiful around the entire year.

Fishing, kayaking (You can rent our Kayak for $40 to use whenever you feel like during your stay), sailing, surfing, swimming, bird watching, fly your kites....and much more.
Watch the seals, cook, watch movies and warm up by the fireplace in the winter....or relax with a good book.

"Wow!" and "What a view!" are the first words from all of us as we walked into this house. The expansive view of the Sound from every room and from the large deck is spectacular. We've been renting vacation homes every Summer and Winter for the past ten years and this house has the best view by far. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water everyday was truly magical. The house is spacious and compfortable, and has everything you could need for cooking, games, a ping pong table, a play yard for children with a slide and swings, TV, BBQ grill, and lots of towels. The beach is less than a block away, and although it's the pebbley type, we enjoyed swimming and the fact that there were no crowds. We also rented a Kayak from the house and that was a winner. The house is in a very quiet and friendly residential area. At night, you will only hear the waves and crickets. The owner was very helpful. He made sure that we felt at home & always promptly replied to our requests & questions.

This house is a perfect beach getaway! The house has all the amentities of home but still has the cozy cottage feel you want while on vacation at a beach house. The views of the Sound are amazing and if you have kids the playground in the yard is perfect!

My family and I stayed at this property in mid January and while it was cold outside, the views were spectacular, the fireplace was warm, and the house was inviting. The accomodations are spacious and comfortable, with enough room for everyone to be together around the table for a meal or to find a quiet space of their own to read or relax. The kids had a great time as well on the swingset, watching the sunset, and taking a long walk on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in, but there are plenty of options to eat out or bring food in. The beds were super comfy - we all felt so cozy and warm. If you want to get away from the city without the headache but with all the comforts of home, this is the place to go. We will definately stay here again.
