Located on the bluff with amazing views of the Long Island Sound around the year.
1:15 min drive (60 miles) from Manhattan.
30 min. away from the Hampton's crowd.
3 Bedrooms: Sleeps 6 Adults, a child and a baby;
If requested, additional Queen size size blown-up mattress provided.
Lower Level opens to a wooden deck and a yard facing the sea and includes:
Large Living room with a Ping Pong table and a Fireplace which faces the Master bedroom.

Amazing waterfront property!

The house was the perfect getaway for my husband and I as newlyweds. We were looking to unwind for a few nights after our wedding the day before and we did just that in this gorgeous house! As soon as you walk in, you are immediately welcomed with a spectacular view of the sound! It's honestly breathtaking! You enjoy the view from practically every room in the house. The wrap around deck is amazing for just lounging around, sunbathing, grilling, or bird watching. The house in itself is super family friendly, having everything you'd need for your little ones (e.g. Toys, books, yard). It also is equipped with every cooking gadget you can think of! There's a ping pong table and two awesome fireplaces. The bed on the first floor was super comfy too!!! The beach is about a block away. It's pebbly and not so sandy but it's peaceful and beautiful! You can fish and rent kayaks on the beach which is always neat. All in all, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back with family and friends shortly!

Myself along with my 87 year old grandmother and her three girls (my mom and two aunts) all stayed here for a week. The beach and view is beautiful. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was amazing. The surrounding area is very relaxed and low key, which we loved. Minutes to the 495 so we were able to get to all our family and destinations easily. As well as the city and train stations. Can't say enough good things. House was charming and clean, loved that there was not alot of overcrowding with furniture. Open and clean cut. An amazing week of great laughs and memories for all of us.

Best View!

"Wow!" and "What a view!" are the first words from all of us as we walked into this house. The expansive view of the Sound from every room and from the large deck is spectacular. We've been renting vacation homes every Summer and Winter for the past ten years and this house has the best view by far. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water everyday was truly magical. The house is spacious and compfortable, and has everything you could need for cooking, games, a ping pong table, a play yard for children with a slide and swings, TV, BBQ grill, and lots of towels. The beach is less than a block away, and although it's the pebbley type, we enjoyed swimming and the fact that there were no crowds. We also rented a Kayak from the house and that was a winner. The house is in a very quiet and friendly residential area. At night, you will only hear the waves and crickets. The owner was very helpful. He made sure that we felt at home & always promptly replied to our requests & questions.

This house is a perfect beach getaway! The house has all the amentities of home but still has the cozy cottage feel you want while on vacation at a beach house. The views of the Sound are amazing and if you have kids the playground in the yard is perfect!

What a fabulous weekend getaway

My family and I stayed at this property in mid January and while it was cold outside, the views were spectacular, the fireplace was warm, and the house was inviting. The accomodations are spacious and comfortable, with enough room for everyone to be together around the table for a meal or to find a quiet space of their own to read or relax. The kids had a great time as well on the swingset, watching the sunset, and taking a long walk on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in, but there are plenty of options to eat out or bring food in. The beds were super comfy - we all felt so cozy and warm. If you want to get away from the city without the headache but with all the comforts of home, this is the place to go. We will definately stay here again.
