Envision yourself in a personal vacation apartment in a beautiful art deco building in the heart of South Beach. Lincon Road is steps away. The beach three blocks and Ocean Drive also a three block stroll. You are in a seven unit building surrounding by lush tropical foliage where you can read that book you've looked forward to or you can have a glass a wine and contemplate the meaning of life. Inside my condominium, you will find all new furnishings in the two bedroom, two bathroom flat that offer great privacy for each party whether it be two couples or parents and children. If there are extra people, the sleeper sofa in the living room is very, very comfortable. The apartment itself is done in a modern art deco decor so you will always be in the mood of the area. And value? I have a free reserved parking spot for your visit and the cleaning fees are included in the rental payment.
South Beach has been called many things. SoBe...America's Riviera...Hollywood South. But whatever name you use, you will find a mixture of cosmopolitan influences with a great beach for good measure. This thriving art deco district has the largest concentration of Art Deco architecture in the world and the people watching is the best. Lincon Road Plaza is right near my apartment with its award winning resturants; creative art galleries; unique shops and lively clubs. One of the world's best beaches is three blocks awy and so is the famed Ocean Drive.
