The Absolut Lofts is located in 'South Pointe , south tip of South Beach, also called South of Fifth. It is one of the most prestigious and trendy area of Miami, with the most beautiful and exclusive buildings in the immediate vicinity, the Continuum, Portofino, Murano, Icon.

This South Beach building has been designed by the renowned award-winning architect Kobi Karp. The Absolut Lofts offers a gorgeous sun deck area with a great swimming pool and a main entrance secured by an intercom system.

This spectacular 1200 sqft, two beds two baths loft, is located on the first and second floor of the 4 story building. You can access the unit through a private entrance from the street or from the common area of the building.
This loft has an open space area on two levels with dramatic 18 feet height ceilings and oversize floor-to-ceiling windows. The airy living room and its open kitchen are located on the ground floor of the loft. The Italian style kitchen features elegant & modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The first bedroom located on the ground floor, is equipped with a queen size bed and has wooden floors. Adjacent find a bathroom equipped with a nice shower, which includes also the washer and dryer. The master suite, on the upper level, it is furnished with a queen size bed. The floor is wooden. The beautiful bathroom is Philippe Starck inspired, with white large marble tiles and black slate.
The unit can accommodate up to 6 people.
