Description of the South Beach vacation apartment rental

Beautiful studio on the 9th floor w/ A HUGE balcony facing the georgeous city of South Beach and a partial view of the ocean.The studio can accomodated up to 6 people, 2 in a twin bed and 4 on 2 sofa beds. It has a full kitchen with utencils,plates and glasses. Towels and linen are included.

The studio has a dinning set for 4 people and 3 stools on the kitchen.Color t.v. w/basic cable and dvd. No PHONE on the studio.There is two pools and each floor has it's own laundry room 24 hrs.

Security and valet is 24hrs too.The building is in walking distance from cafes, clubs and restaurants, so you do not need to drive or just take a cab.

The greatest feature of this building is it's location, having the BEACH as it's backyard with total acces 24/7 and w/a boardwalk,so you can have a long walk with those beautiful sunsets.

The rent is $2,000 negotiable.First, at least two weeks before your trip, the tenant will send the first and last month as a deposit in advance, and them,it is a month to month rent.

There is a $500 dollar REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the end of the staying as long as nothing is broken and the apartment is returned in the same condition it was rented.
