Rooms of both categories are of the same level and same sizes, some of our condo hotel rooms are of better quality than hotel rooms. There is a substantial difference in the hotel room 's price comparing the vacation rentals.

This South Beach studio has 280 sq ft. The unit has been renovated in 2007. The living area is covered with elegant white marble.

The room offers a queen size bed and a futon that can be converted in a bed. The bathroom was redone in white color. The unit has a very convenient kitchenette.
