Very disapointed with my reseration ,three weeks before my arrival date I received an email that says that they are not allowed to rent this property anymore that was only a blabla i am sure somebody gave a little money more and they cancelled after I did a transfer about 6 months earlier I do not trust this website any more I went to a hotel and I had to pay very expensive because of a reservation of three weeks earlier and Miami is very crowded at the end of the year At last I do not suggest to anyboby to resevrve through this website because you have no insurance of guetting your resevation
Good location - facilities are "meh"

There was nothing wrong with our ("Bayside") condo; it was comfortable and within our expectations. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach side of the complex but there are crosswalks for this. The most important issue is that in the high season, there are nowhere near enough chairs/chaise lounges at the Palm Bay Club beach. We were told when we check in that you cannot "save" chairs but this was done by many of the guests. So we paid a premium to stay there and had to lie on small-ish towels for 1 of the 2 days that there was decent weather. A few other comments: there are no public bathroom facilities anywhere near the beach so if your condo is on the far side of the complex, it is inconvenient. The pool on the bayside is very small. The other thing is that the condos should have a few basics such as dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels etc. And there are no washer/dryer hook-ups in any of the units; so the amenities are not as good as other condo complexes that I've used. In general, things were well-maintained and the setting is nice. The condo building where we were was sort of "cheap" construction and we heard a lot of noise above us and outside. The beds were good and as advertised. One of the TVs didn't work and there was no real way to get it fixed since there is a private owner. We'd go back but I think that the premium rates necessitate more beach chairs and a few basics in the condo would be helpful.
