Description of the South Beach vacation apartment rental

1,000 sq. ft. loft-style studio (13 ft. ceilings, large terrace & windows with astounding city view) on 16th floor of the building housing the Perry South Beach Hotel (former Gansevoort).

Sleeps 2 with king-size bed, 1 1/2 bathrooms.Inflatable queen size mattress with linens is also available. Fully equiped GE Profile stainless steel kitchen, central a/c hi-speed WIFI internet. Walk-in closet. Fully furnished with all linens provided. Weekly cleaning service available at extra cost. Move in with your suitcase only. Valet parking available.

Best pool and sundeck directly on beach and boardwalk in all of South Beach. The new David Barton Gym is in this building.Their rates apply - you must inquire with DBG SouthBeach. Walking distance from anywhere you'd like to go in Miami Beach.

Please note that public holiday periods may be available at higher rates than seasonal. Rentals made for more than two persons or with pets are subject to increased rates and deposits.

Area Information

Our condo building sits right between the Perry South Beach Hotel (within the same structure) and the new W South Beach, so you have great bars and restaurants right on the premises or 2 minutes by foot. The Setai Hotel is three streets away. The "Museum District" with the Bass Museum of Art and Miami City Ballet are one street away.

The ocean and beach are right outside the door and the boardwalk/beachwalk extends from directly in front of us to South Point and north to the Fontainebleu and Eden Roc Hotels. You don't need a car here; however, parking can be arranged as part of your rental.

The David Barton Gym and Spa is a new 40,000 sq. ft. facility on the 3rd floor of the building. They offer gym use at $50 per day or $195 per month. Spa treatments are available to you on booking.

The swimming pool is a large rectangle you can swim lengths in and the residents' sundeck is valeted. One can use the adjoining Perry Hotel pool area and bar/restaurant as well.

You can use the valeted hotel's beach area if you prefer to rent chairs, cabanas, or to order cocktails. There are plenty of beach towels for your use in the loft if you're not in the mood to be pampered.

Deposits: One month security deposit for stay of 1 to 5 months. Shorter stays require a smaller deposit, pet deposits add-on. Two months' security deposit for stay of 6 to 12 months. Please note that the security deposit also serves as your reservation guarantee and the full amount will be forfeit in case of any change in dates or cancellation made by you, so please be certain of your plans before commiting. Reservations of rental cannot be confirmed until the agreed upon deposit is received in full.

Other Fees: Cleaning service can be available at a supplemental charge of $85 per visit. PLEASE NOTE: No extra charge is due if the loft is left in good condition.If you want us to do the laundry, there is a $25 surcharge. If exit condition is not equal to entry condition, an additional housekeeping fee may be due from renter.

Marian is the best! She's very informative and accomodating, very pleasant and easy to communicate with! I absolutely love her! The loft is beautiful, spacious open floor plan and fully equipt kitchen are very classy and clean. The two bathrooms were very convienient to have as friends and I take forever to get ready! I feel blessed to have found such a nice place to stay for an excellent price. The building is safe and secure granting peace of mind. Nice pool area and beach located on site. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to South Beach

My girlfriend and I stayed here during Miami music week and we couldn't have been happier. This is an absolutley beautiful apartment with a great view of the Miami skyline! The sunsets were breathtaking! Located right on Collins avenue we were right in the middle of everything. Marian is a wonderful host and it was a pleasure dealing with her. We will definatley be back!

We stayed at this rental for two weeks and we were not dissapointed, it was exactly like the description and the photo's shown here. It has a wonderful view of the city and it's right by the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, so perfect if you want to do some cooking. The building itself is very quiet, the location is excellent, at Collins Ave. Lots of restaurants and nightclubs nearby. There are two pools that we could use, the one at the apartmentbuilding and the one of the Gansevoort Hotel, which is right next to it. There was great communication with the owner and everything went very well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to stay on South Beach!

Gem of a Rental right on the beach!

What a wonderful rental this was! Beautiful studio unit, great terrace with nice view, clean, well stocked unit, quiet, bldg had security at entrance, the renter was easy to work with and was very accomodating. The bldg's pool was great - large and with lots of chairs. The location was just as great - right in the middle of the most happening area of Collins Avenue! Outside your door are the latest restaurants, lounges/clubs, shops, Walgreens and walking distance to everything on Collins Avenue - not to mention that you are right on the ocean, which was a huge plus. - we will defitnatly be booking here again!

This was a delightful accommodation. The 1,000 square feet and 1 1/2 baths gave us plenty of space to relax in. The space is stylish and comfortable. The agent/owner very helpful, and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. The fact that the Boardwalk and South Beach Walk is right behind the building is really a major advantage.
