The Apartments of South Pointe is a privately owned historic art deco building located in the historic SoFi (south of fifth) neighborhood. All units are fuly furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. STUDIO sleeps 4 (2 queen beds), kitchen, full bath. 1 and 2 bedroom units also available. DIRECT TV with HBO, SPORTS and NEWS CHANNELS available at no additional charge.

Q:How far is the property from the beach, restaurants and night life?
A:Just a hop, skip and a jump. The property is located just a few short blocks from Ocean Drive, the beach, South Pointe Park, and Miami Beach Marina. Lincoln Road is a bit further, within walking distance or use the local bus for a quarter.
Q:What makes your vacation rental special?
A:The property features spacious accommodations in a residential setting, just steps from all the action. All units have two queen beds, the one bedroom units also have a futon and the 2 bedroom unit has 2 queen beds in each bedroom. The historic property, designed by L. Murray Dixon, in 1938, maintains its art deco charm.
