Awesome Weekend Getaway

I stay here with my family last weekend and the location was even better than I expected. The apartment is really close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and within walking distance from a beautiful beach. All the team of hellorelaxation were really helpful and their responses through email were really fast, even the lady that gave us the key the day of the arrival was very punctual we didn't have to wait at all. The apartment has all you could need in a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, I would definitely recommend this place and definitely will come back.

My friends and I stayed at this location for the weekend this past summer. It was very convenient, just 10-15 minutes away from the beach and the nightlife. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything looked just as you see in the pictures. I'm planning to revisit sometime next year.

"This is probably my 15th time in Miami Beach, usually in hotels and lately in vacation rentals as I spend around one month there with my family. We were 4 people in this property and the first point to mention in that it is really clean, which not obvious in historic Miami rentals. It is perfectly located at a real walk in distance to the beach, to Lincoln rd shopping and entertainmant district and to Ocean Drive night life strip. The beds are very confortable and the appartment is perfectly equiped. The only negative is that there is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so we had to was dishes the good old way. I forgot to mention that there is a parking space attached to this unit, which is mandatory if you have a car in central Miami Beach. We spent there one month of nice and pleasant vacations."

Good place to stay

We stayed with 5 people in july 2012. We stayed with 5 adult people in this apartment. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking buildings of miami south beach. 2 spacious bedrooms with good beds. It was clean and sufficient linen. The room itself has not enough seating for 5 and the bank is to be replaced. The location was good. With 5-10 minutes on the beach, the promenade, the main shopping street. There is also no noise in the night. Wifi was no problem. So great place to stay when you are in Miami south beach. Fam van den Berg Netherlands

I was planning a trip down to south beach for my birthday, and since I previously lived in Miami for a few years, I knew that this was a great location (walking distance to everything--beach, restaurants, bars, clubs etc.). I came down and was pleasantly surprised with everything. There were 3 queen size beds, it was very clean, and plenty of room and space for everyone. Devorah was also extremely helpful and I would definitely reccomend using this rental location and this company. Can't wait to book my next trip to the beach!

Clean, convenient and close to the beach!

My family stayed a the apartment for 5 days and found it very clean, comfortable and convenient. The apartment was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, utensils, dishes and glasses. We were completely satisfied with amenities. We were so happy to have a parking space in a secure, covered garage. There are plenty of stores in walking distance for supplies and snacks. Lincoln road is just about two blocks away and the beach is about four blocks down the road. The location is great for a family with children. The apartment is very quiet. We took our 3 year old to Flamingo Park several times and he loved it! The playground is shaded by huge trees Banyan trees and it was comfortable in the heat. The playground is good for kids of all ages and there is a big field to play soccer. We didn't go to the splash park, but it looked super fun! There is a minimal daily fee for the splash park and pool. All of our communications with Rea and Rosanna were friendly and their responses were quick. The key exchange was very smoothly. We'll stay again for sure!

Excellent stay 3 weeks in South Beach - Miami

"We spent an excellent stay 3 weeks in this apartment which possesses a lounge / living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We were 3 adults and a child of 4 years. The apartment is located about 400 m from Lincoln Avenue, which is the center of Miami Beach and 500 m from the beach. It is therefore well placed with easy access to downtown shops. We highly appreciate the parking space was reserved for us inside the building because we had a rental car and it is not easy to park in Miami without having to pay for parking meters. The place is quiet. No problem. A person waiting for us on our arrival was 21h. Everything went well. The person who has occupied the location, Rea has always responded immediately to our emails and our questions before our departure from France. We'll be back next year because the place is fun."

Just got back from staying in this apartment and I was so impressed! Lovely apartment with space for seven of us, small kitchen and bathroom and right in South Beach! Great communication with the owners and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Miami Beach :)

This condo is located in the center of right where you want to be! You are at walking distance from the beach, Lincoln rd mall and many other trendy boutiques, and from the night life action. We did have little problems with our wifi but the owner was not too hard to reach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a month this past June. It's such an amazing place, quite, an ideal location and overall great. The beach was at the perfect distance, malls, nightlife, and even the park for the kids was across the street. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, we felt at home after a few days. Everything was clean and there was a laundromat for quarters at a cheaper rate downstairs. It was really an awesome vacation and the best part was that parking was included. We look forward to vacationing here again!

First of all the location was perfect, Lincoln mall had so much to offer. There were unlimited amounts of restaurnats and shops to choose from. The condo was more than we could ask for, the property manager was more than helpful and allowed out stay to be completely hassel free. Needless to say the Beach was amazing and only a few blocks from where we stayed!

Riviere Exceeds Expectations

Not only was this an amazing location (VERY close to Lincoln mall, Ocean Ave, Collins shopping, Beach), the room was impecable, cozy and modern. The room liked identical to the photos online, which is rare. Plenty of space for three adults. Locked gate was nice for extra security. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Did I mention the place was right in the middle of everything? Only draw was the noise (traffic, people, parties) but did not bother me as that is the reason I visited.

Excellent location, easy walk to Lincoln Mall, Espanola Way and the beach, and everywhere in between! Great unit, only downside was that the walls were VERY thin, and you can hear all the other units, talking, walking and TV noise etc and one guy played his violin from dawn til dusk! (sometimes later!) we also asked for a 1 bedroom and a futon, and the futon was a very hard couch, with no bedding provided. Other than that, this location is excellent.

This is a very good 2 bed room apartment and it is so convenient to the beach, ocean drive and lincoln road and other major attractions. We had a great experience. Also, the landlord is very trustworthy and gave back deposit when we are checking out. Definitely would like to come back.
