The unit includes a queen size bed, full size sleeper sofa, dining table/chairs, washer/dryer (in unit), 32 in LCD TV. The unit can comfortably accommodate 2 people for an extended stay (no pets).

The unit is centrally located in South Beach and is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. While close to the action in South Beach, the unit is located on Meridian Avenue, a quiet tree lined street just 4 blocks to beach/Ocean Drive, 5 blocks to Lincoln Rd Mall (restaurants/shopping), across from Flamingo Park (tennis courts, sports fields, etc.).
