Non-Negotiable RATES - We would love to have you as our guest and we truly respect your time. So we want to be up front with our guests. Due to these Luxury Condo's being very upscale in a very prime location in South Beach on the water with absolutely stunning views we are unable to negotiate our rates any lower since they are at the minimum already and are some 60% off what the resort would charge for the same Condo. So we ask that each guest review our rates for the time periods you would be visiting us before submitting a request for more information or if the unit is available as we are unable to reduce our rates any further. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
