• Deposits: 1. Reservation Deposit – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the condo. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent. 2. Security Deposit- A security deposit of $300 is also required 30 days prior to arrival. Please add this amount to the Reservation Deposit, to reserve the condo. NOTE: The security deposit is NOT applied towards the rent and is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
