Area Description

South Beach is the section of Miami Beach, Florida that encompasses the southernmost 23 blocks of an island separating the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.

Before the famous TV show, Miami Vice, SoBe was considered a very poor area with a very high rate of crime. Today, it is considered one of the most wealthy and prosperous commercial and residential areas on the beach.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 2 Nights
Deposits: 1. Reservation Deposit – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the condo. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent. 2. Security Deposit- A security deposit of $300 is also required. Please add this amount to the Reservation Deposit, to reserve the condo. NOTE: The security deposit is NOT applied towards the rent and is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

The condo was beautiful close to everything clubs, beach, restaurants, shopping ect. The owner was very nice and would answer questions very prompt, everything ran really smooth fist time in Miami definitely going back and staying at the same place already recommending the condo to friends IF you’re looking for a clean, friendly staff and close to everything I would recommend this place.

the unit was clean,with quality fixtures and furnishings.the landlord and staff at were very cooperative. the unit is just south of 5th st. so you are close to the action without the noise.checkout Smith and Wollensky for sunset while the ocean liners cruise by so close you can almost touch them.
