Description of the South Beach vacation condo rental
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath hotel suites at the Setai Hotel on the 23rd floor both units are about 1400 sq ft and have Ocean,Bay,& City views. We have two corner units across from one another. Unit 2301 is on the north side facing the new W hotel and furnished with hotel package with large balcony. Unit 2302 is on the south side facing the Shore Club hotel and is nicely decorated . Plasma tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Bose stereo,washer and dryer.Valet parking,laundry valet service,24 hour in room dining. access to all hotel amenities.Three infinity Heated pools at three different temperatures and access to beach lounge chairs. Beautiful gym & spa.Daily maid service is $100 per day. Parking is $20 a day with owners discount and has to be purchased thru owners prior to arrival compared to hotel charge of $40 a day..
