AFFORDABLE SOUTH BEACH CONDO HOTEL (#41186)

Write a review Great location and nice pool if you don't feel like going to the beach which is only a few steps away! :) Would love to come back! Everything for this room was exactly as described. With the beach directly behind us and the main strip just 2 blocks away, we were never at a loss for what to do. The hotel itself is beautiful and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The owner was easy to reach for any questions, and I received my deposit the day after I got back. Excellent location, room was clean and had everything we needed. The Hotel has a cool pool area and a karaoke bar downstairs. Mike was very helpful too! Great location, great value, clean and safe. Reservation was easy. Mike answered all my questions and was very accommodating allowing early check-in. Easy walk to South Beach, Lincoln Road, Washington Ave. Right on beach. Deposit was refunded quickly as promised. All in all, not a worry. Will definitely be back. Good value, good view and clean place. I have to admit I was a little leary about sending money via paypal to an unknown person but talking with Mike over the phone a few times made me feel more comfortable. Mike always answered when I called. Everything worked out great. Carlos who works at the hotel meets you and lets you in as soon as you arrive. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Mike was very great to work with. Everything went so smoothly, and we had ZERO problems. We look forward to staying in this unit again NEXT SUMMER! Mike was an exceptional host. He was very responsive, very flexible and, most importantly, he offered us an incredible value for the money we spent. The condo is perfectly located next to the beach and premier shopping and night-life. He keeps the place clean and the view really is wonderful. The unit is in a quieter part of the hotel so sleeping was not difficult. I highly recommend you save your money for the costly dinners and shopping in South Beach and stay here! This studio is perfectly situated; not in the middle of a crawd but close to everything needed. We'll come again and recommend to all. Thanks Mike I had rented this studio at the last moment. It took me three days to make decision (cracking the owner's head over the phone with hundreds of question) and three minutes to make a reservation. After such patience and attention from the owner, I was double surprized to find very good studio, very clean and with real ocean behind a window (I expected it to be just a lure). A restaurant in hotel is OK, however Lincoln Rd. or Espaniola way are just in few minutes of walk. On the other hand hotel's cafe is right by the pool and hot tubs. Overall it is just great. Thank you Mike. We'll come again. A booking process was very simple and convenient. Owner was very pleasant and honest. A vew from the room window as described in the ad. Our friends had a room on the street side of the hotel. That was a disaster, especially during a night. They hadto sleep in our room. Our room was clean, fresh and had all we needed for vacation, even beach towels and bamboo beach mats. Highly recommend this room and owner. The location is ideal. Beach, shops, clubs, restaurants, sport recriation, theatres you name it, it's there, just walk to it. The room was very nice and well equipped. The owner very friendly and helpfull. I will surely recommend this studio and definetely will come again. A room was super clean. Everything, (including the view) as described. All you expect from hotel room is there. I have stayed in several privately owned condos on South Beach but this one was more affordable, cleaner and and just overall nicer. The owner stayed in constant contact and always returned phone calls and email promptly. My deposit was also returned immediately at the end of my stay. This condo is right on the beach and in the heart of everthing going on between Ocean Drive and Collins Ave. I highly recommend the great little condo on South Beach. My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 2 nights. The hotel has mixed reviews because the rooms are so different. Well, this one was very clean, not shabby at all, small but cozy. The hotel lobby was recently renovated, looked nice. Location is great too, the hotel is on the beach, walking distance to anything. Not exactly beachfront but you can see the ocean out of the window. The owner is great, replied to all the messages very promptly, everything exactly as described, I would definitely deal with him again. Great deal for the money.
