Needs a little TLC

We arrived off an overnight flight under the assumption of a noon check in. Our room wasn't ready until 230. We had one roll of toilet paper, and no batteries to run the TV or ceiling fan. The room was very nice and the location was perfect. Could use some paint in the bar area also. Would defiantly consider south beach rentals for a return vacation.

I rented the one bedroom at Pennsylvania in South Beach for my son and a friend spend a week, they just love the place, the neiborhood and the condo. The apartment is excelent just like the pictures and the syaff used to be very nice and friendly. For sure on our next time we will rent again instead of staying in a hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sage, the room was exactly as pictured. It seemed a bit weird to do my check in over the phone but it was easy & efficient and everything worked out fine. The Sage is close to the beach, I block from Big Pink restaurant where I recommend anything (it is all yummy) and there is a convenience store next door, excellent. A very good stay, would book again. The only things I would have liked would have been some extra towels, some j-cloths & dish towels for the kitchen, and kitchen basics like coffee filters or coffee packets, dish soap & laundry soap for the washing machine or at least a recommendation of what soap to use, it is a combination washer/dryer that I have never used before. I also like some cleaning supplies because I like to clean the door knobs & light switches & remote control. (they did not look like they got much attention) So if you are planning your stay at the Sage, have a wonderful time. Cheers. P.S. Palmetto bugs are harmless, I had one as a room mate for a day, scared me at first but we got along fine, he left when the rain stopped.

Best stay in South Beach

I stayed at this condo with three other friends and this was the best condo thus far. We will definitely look to stay here again next year. The location was very close to everything yet it was secluded. The size of the unit was perfect for the four of us (females). The hot tube was a plus as well as the terrace!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for Labor Day Wknd. This is was not a bad place to say. Its local to the beach and walking distance to Ocean Drive, Washington, and any other hot spot vacationers want to visit. Just about everything we needed or thought we didnt have, the housekeeper took care of us.

Great location within walking distance to the beach. Strong communication with rental team which made check in easy. Only suggestion would be to have more towels and linens for sleeping as the ones in the apt were a little dirty.

The condo was very nice. The location was perfect - only a few minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife - really great! There is also a bikerental right in front of the building. We really liked this condo very much. However, there could have been more than only one set of 4 knifes and forkes...also the toaster didn't work. Sometimes it was a little loud.

Great place & close to everything

This is going to be my new favorite place to stay at in SoBe. It was quiet but close to everything, mainly the beach, it was one block over. First time I stayed south of 5th. The condo was a good size. There were just a few things that weren't up to par, the ceiling fan didn't work and the bathroom sink was kind of clogged. The building was nice and what we liked best of all was being able to bring our 4 legged friend with only a additional cleaning fee. There was a food mart next door and a dog park a block over. Would highly recommend this place. The rates were very resonable too.

Stayed in #302 for a week. When we checked in the light in the bathroom was not working & the frame of the bed was broken. They fixed the light & replaced the bed promptly. It was clean & a great location 1 block from the beach! Walking distance from everything. It's a quiet area which is nice. The wifi did not work in the room but we did get access in the hallways (there are chairs to sit there). Suggestions: stock up on more towels, add a toaster & more utensils. Definitely worth it & would stay here again. Definitely way cheaper than staying at a hotel.

The condo was very nice and cozy. There were three of us and the space was just enough for us. Location was perfect, we were walking distance from the beach and many restaurants as well. The only concern was that we had no hot water in the shower during our 6 day stay there. Other than that it was great.

Decent place in a great location

We stayed in apartment #201 (a 1 bedroom). The apartment was clean and had almost everything we needed. We are a family of 3 (we have a three year old), and this place was a comfortable size. The closet is enormous, and the anemities are all new. The apartment is one block from a great playground, and the beach. There is a Starbucks around the corner and a little grocery store right next door. The bus stop is 3 blocks away, and you can go anywhere in South Beach for a quarter as well as access buses to other parts of Miami. There were a few things missing that the owner might want to buy in order to really furnish the place completely. For example, we could have used some dish towels, a pot holder, bowls, and some glasses. A coffee maker would be nice as well, and wine glasses would add a special touch. But there were utensils, pots and pans, plates, coffee mugs, and a wine opener. There was also a hair dryer and 3 towels. We would stay hear again. It is a reasonably priced apartment in a good location.
