Fully furnished 550 sq ft (aprox) studio. Right on the Beach! Washers and dryers are available on the same floor. 24 hour security. Spacious Suite, wood laminated floors through out. Complete kitchen with utencils and appliances.

* Fitness Center facing the pool area.
* Located right on the Atlantic Ocean at the end of Lincoln Road. Walk to Lincoln Road, Hispaniola Way, and the rest of South Beach.
* Valet parking.
* You can check your emails or send a fax in the Business Center on premises.
Fees paid by renter: Rental Fee + 7% tax + $50 application fee + $300 (refundable) security deposit.
