In the heart of SoBe, this is a 1 bedroom apartment in a high-rise with pool and sundeck overlooking the ocean with beach access. Shops, restaurants and clubs are walking distance.
This is my vacation home, and it is available for rent when I am not using my condo.

I have 1 bedroom furnished South Beach apartment on Ocean Drive, south of 5th with swimming pool on beach side with direct beach access. This apartment has a brand new washer and dryer in unit, all furniture and appliances are new, flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, leather (sofa bed) couch and loveseat, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony with sunset and Ocean Drive views.
Rent includes cable TV, high speed internet desktop computer and wireless, and home phone with free calls to USA and Canada. Electricity with central air conditioning and heating and water are included.
Great location near the beach and beachwalk, shops and restaurants. Public transportation is available, so no car is needed. There is also pay parking across the street.
Rent is $150 / day, $1000 / week with discounts for longer periods.
