The main house offers 4 bedrooms upstairs with 4.5 baths, den, and game room. The downstairs has one bedroom and bath and two half baths, grand living room with fireplace, family room, movie theater with seating for six, formal dining room with seating for 10, wine cellar, huge kitchen with gas cooktop, double ovens, side by side refridgerator and separate freezer, two ice makers, large pantry and lots of storage closets, formal breakfast room, and the laundry room are all in the main house.

The balance is due in the form of cashier's check or wire transfer. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is required. Additional services are offered such as luxury car rentals, boat/yacht ren
   
• Other Fees: This security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided that the property and its equipment are returned in an acceptable condition after client vacates it. The client is provided with a full inventory of the property and its contents upon arrival. Any breakages or missing items will be charged at cost. There is a $450 cleaning fee. Optional services include Maid service and offered at $100 per day. Luxury car rentals, yacht/boat rentals, chefs, chaffeurs, and nannies.
