• Deposits: A Vacation Deposit equivalent to at least 50% of total cost is due to owner. A deposit for any additional services requested after a Confirmation of the Booking is made and an invoice issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining charges for any additional services as requested including taxes, security/damage deposit and any additional charges on the Vacation Agreement must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is due
   
• Other Fees: SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Client shall provide owner with a security deposit of $40,000 . This sum will be returned to the client within 10 days provided that the property and its equipment are returned in an acceptable condition after Client vacates it. The Security deposit is due at least 30 days prior to arrival The Client is provided with a full inventory of property contents on arrival. Any breakages or missing items during the duration of this agreement will be charged for it's full value
