Unbeatable location for gamedays!! Our Notre Dame Avenue house is perfect for Football weekends. Our home is great for family or friends gatherings. There is no better way to enjoy a football weekend and to be able to hang out with family and friends than at our home. You will be glad you decided to stay at our home! You are renting from a Notre Dame faculty member, not some third party transaction.

Our home is conveniently located one block from the main entrance to Notre Dame and one block from the new Eddy Street Commons, and a few minutes from Rocco's, Macri's, Legends, Bonefish Grill, Linebacker, Sunny Italy and other conveniences.

Hear the band from the spacious front porch, enjoy a pre-game or post-game tailgate on the large back patio area, or use the kitchen with all of the appliances needed to make any home cooked meal. Relax in our comfortable bedrooms, gather in the living room near the fireplace or grab a chair and relax on the front porch. With 5 bedrooms and plenty of living space there is more than enough room to relax and enjoy the game day weekend.

Our house allows for easy access to the airport and local toll ways. You can avoid the traffic and headache of game day by walking to and from the game. There is no better way to enjoy the experience of a Notre Dame weekend than by being so close to the action! You can't go wrong with our Notre Dame Avenue home!

My wife and I have been renting our home for the past four years and you will be dealing directly with us the whole time, no third party transactions. We do everything we can to ensure you have a great stay.

Since this property is also our home it is not to be used as a party house but rather a place to stay and enjoy the football weekend. If this is an issue we ask that you look for another rental space.
