Description of the South Bristol vacation guesthouse rental
Private association beach, dock and mooring are just a 250 ft. walk from this year round cozy cottage overlooking the water.
Open living, dining and kitchen area, as well as bath and bedroom (with double bed) are on the first floor. Large upstairs with two twins and one double, as well as outside deck are on the second floor. The upstairs is accessible by an captain ladder inside or a full set of stairs from the outside.
Area Description
South Bristol is a quite little fishing village located 12 miles from Damariscotta where you will find restaurants, shopping and galleries. A golf course is located merely 4 miles from the cottage.
From the private beach or dock you can kayak up the John's River or around Witch Island and explore the conservation trails, both on the island or the many trails that are located in the area as part of the Damariscotta River Association.
