This gorgeous totally renovated home is perfect for family reunions and only 300' away from Kelley Bay (salt water) part of Bass River. It is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, and canoeing. Beach chairs provided by owner. This home is close to everything. Although two story, there is a bedroom on the first floor as well as a full bathroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and every possible ammenity. A/C, high speed internet,dvd player, flat screen t.v., huge private backyard with both a deck and patio (includes outside furniture),gas grill etc. This 4,000 sq. ft. home has three t.v.'s, two separate rooms for tv or movie watching. This home comfortably seat 12-14 people.The downstairs bedroom has two full size beds. The four upstair bedrooms consist of two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one bedroom with 4 twin beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are two full baths on the second floor.

Easy access to route 6, 3 minute drive to grocery stores, movie theater, Duncan Donuts, gas stations, and restaurants. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the large beaches off Rte.6A. Bike path is a mile away.
