Large kitchen(seats 8)w/slider to deck featuring new floor, stove and dishwasher. 1Dbl in Master Bedroom with 1/2 bath. 2 twins in other 2 bedrooms. Queen pull out sofa in living room. Washer/Dryer in basement. Internet/cable. Garage w/beach equip, outside enclosed shower, 2 kayacs - launch 3 places within a mile. 5 bikes - 20 mile trail at the end of street.

Dennis has some of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod,
including sixteen on the Ocean and two on fresh water lakes. One-time, weekly, or seasonal beach parking
passes can be purchased at the Dennis Town Hall.
House is located 4 mi to Nantucket Sound and 8 mi to Cape Cod Bay. Walk within a mile to Patriot Square for food stores, shops, movies, restaurants and Dick and Ellie Flea Market. 10 Golf courses within 10 miles - closest 4 mi. National Seashore 15 mi. Everything you could want in a rental! I have been going to the Cape for years and was so happy to find this very affordable rental which was located near many of the Capes fun attractions. It was fully stocked with everything from towels to kitchen items to beach supplies! Can't wait to go back next year.

 

 Great rental near bike path, September 12, 2009

Convenient to shopping and the bike path is a short distance away. Located in a quiet neighborhood and our family enjoyed our time there. Some bikes and 2 kayaks are available for use which is very nice. Owner is pleasant to deal with.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at this house in South Dennis. It was the perfect location for all the activities we love. We ran or biked every day on the paved bike trail that is one block away from the house. We kayaked on the cove 2 days and kayaked up the river to the ocean another. The beach is a 3 mile bike ride one way or a 10 minute car ride another way. The house is comfortable and well stocked for renters. We enjoyed the outside shower, barbaquing and dinner on the deck. It is a very quite neighborhood. Shopping, movies, and restaurants are close by. We look forward to returning to this house next summer.
