 Great house for young kids, November 10, 2009

My family stayed in this house mid August. GREAT HOUSE! First time we stayed in S. Dennis, normally we are at Orleans. Ceiling fans in all rooms, but because of new windows, room a/c units were not available. Outdoor shower backed out, but we used it anyway. Excellent location, and close proximity to ponds made it easy to go swimming in the morning, go home for lunch, then hit another beach in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend it for a family with young kids. Owner was pleasant to work with,

Our rental had all the amenities without the Cape Cod price tag! We had the comfort, convenience and pleasure for our shoestring budget! The house came loaded with bikes, kayaks and beach essentials -not to mention wireless access and cable! Morning bike rides to the Historical Harwich's downtown before the family awoke was my favorite thing! This is a great place for plenty of rest and relaxation: beds are comfortable and the gentle summer breeze lulls you. Location, location, location: The house is mid Cape with Route 134 as its transversal; so it's conveniently in the middle of all highways and byways: This has the distinct advantage that nothing seems too far or isolated! Depending on the wind or weather, you have the choice of Bay, Ocean, Sound beaches and or ponds/lakes all equal distance from the house. Well worth the stay with honest and reliable owners. The best kept secret on the Cape.

Everything you could want in a rental! I have been going to the Cape for years and was so happy to find this very affordable rental which was located near many of the Capes fun attractions. It was fully stocked with everything from towels to kitchen items to beach supplies! Can't wait to go back next year.

Convenient to shopping and the bike path is a short distance away. Located in a quiet neighborhood and our family enjoyed our time there. Some bikes and 2 kayaks are available for use which is very nice. Owner is pleasant to deal with.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at this house in South Dennis. It was the perfect location for all the activities we love. We ran or biked every day on the paved bike trail that is one block away from the house. We kayaked on the cove 2 days and kayaked up the river to the ocean another. The beach is a 3 mile bike ride one way or a 10 minute car ride another way. The house is comfortable and well stocked for renters. We enjoyed the outside shower, barbaquing and dinner on the deck. It is a very quite neighborhood. Shopping, movies, and restaurants are close by. We look forward to returning to this house next summer.
