This home features 3 bedroom, 2 baths with 1600 square feet of room.
Each room has a television with either a dvd/vcr player. Gas fireplace and nice wrap around deck to enjoy the scenary.

Located on a large corner lot with lots of room right outside your doorsteps.

Rates:

Low Season:

April 3- June 12 and Sept1- Nov 19

Weekdays $100 a night ~~~Weekends $125 a night

High Season:

June 9- Aug 30 and Nov 20 - April 2

Weekdays $139 a night ~~~ Weekends $199 a night
Weekly $1050 includes cleaning fee.
Holidays $200 a night 3 night minimum
Thanksgiving $250 a night 3 night minimum
Christmas $300 a night 4 night minimum
New Years $400 a night 4 night minimum

Cleaning Fee $110

Refundable Security Deposit $200

Beautiful retreat in South Lake Tahoe, October 5, 2009

I stayed with my family for 1 week and we had an amazing time. It is a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. It is important to note that anything you hope to do will involve a car, although nothing is more than 10 - 15 minutes away. We enjoyed a golf course, shopping, movies, restaurants and ofcourse the lake! The house was in clean condition when we arrived and was fully stocked with everything you would need. Kitchen untensils, vacuum, towels, bed linens, washer/dryer, large screen TV etc.
