Description of the South Lake Tahoe vacation condo rental
South Lake Tahoe loveliest, large two bedrooms,one bath upper floor of a duplex. Located 50 yards from the free ski shuttle stop. Easy walk to Casinos, Shopping and gourmet restaurants. Golf course is a half mile away. Short walk to Heavenly Village ice skating ring and the new Gondola that takes you to the slopes.The private beach is 200 yards away. Our guests have unlimited pass with our membership.
The interior is the "great room" concept. Fully furnished in contemporary southwest style. Two TVs, VCR, Stereo, wood-burning stove, movies, games, reading material. Full AEK. Kitchen, two large decks.
One bedroom with queen-size bed, one bedroom with two twin-beds, queen-size sofabed in great room.
This is a non-smoking, no pets unit.
2 nights minimum.

Great time at Beautiful Flat

This was the first time in Lake Tahoe for our family. We loved our stay at this second home of a nice couple. It was very warm, inviting and cozy. It was a located in such a perfect place as we could walk to the beach, casinos, gondola, shopping and the like. We loved the private beach. It was not crowded even in the middle of the day and very clean. We liked the idea of hamburgers and the like being cooked/sold on the beach. (Although the day we went at lunch time, we didn't have money with us. We would be prepared next time). Since it was summer, we enjoyed the patio and even BBQ hot dogs one night for dinner and then ate dinner on the patio. We sat and read in the early evening on the patio as well. The owners answered all of my questions before and after we secured our date for our stay. We are already talking about when to return to Lake Tahoe and would definitely be staying at this home again. The rates are very reasonable and the owners are very easy to work with. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay.

o We are regular returning guests at the "Beautiful Flat" The place is immaculate , since it is the personal second home of the owners, a charming retired couple. Summertime we just park our vehicle in the carport, & able to walk to the private beach , the casinos, restaurants, movies, The golf course is only 5 min walk. The owners personal beach pass let us into the beautifully maintained private beach . Wintertime we just board the free ski shuttle at the front of the house to go to Heavenly --or Kirkwood. The "beautiful Flat " is our well kept secret.(Usually rents below market rate)
