Description of the South Lake Tahoe vacation condo rental

Beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo in the Marriott Grand Residence Club at South Lake Tahoe's Heavenly Village. (Other configurations, options, and last minute deals available, please ask!) This 4-star resort offers something for everyone both in the summer and winter.

Our condo includes a complete kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a loft with an upstairs living room that can also be used as a 4th bedroom. Free high-speed wireless Internet in the rooms and throughout the complex. Mountain and pool views. 2,100 square feet of living space including a loft bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Master bedroom with king size bed with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a 300 square foot balcony. This bedroom sleeps 2 people and has an optional private entrance.

The second downstairs bedroom has 2 queen size beds, private bathroom and pool and mountain views. This bedroom sleeps up to 4 people and has an optional private entrance. Third bedroom (upstairs) with queen size bed and shared bathroom with rest of loft (sleeps up to 2 people.) Upstairs loft living room large living area with TV/DVD and queen size sofa sleeper (sleeps up to 2 people.) The living room has one queen sleeper sofa and can accommodate kids in the window nooks (sleeps up to 4 people.)

We can arrange for the condo to be broken up in to a one-bedroom or 2-bedroom if you don't need the entire condo.

Other configurations are available from other owners. Rates will vary depending on the season. Holidays and busy times tend to fill up quickly.

The Marriott Grand Residence club includes a heated pool, hot tubs, saunas, spas, a complete gym, 24 hour front desk, concierge services, and more.

The Heavenly gondola is right outside the front door, Stateline's nightlife and casinos are a 2 minute walk, and Lake Tahoe is a 5 minute walk away. South Lake Tahoe is truly a year round destination.

The Marriott Grand Residence Club resort is truly a year-round, four star resort with something for everyone. Onsite amenities includes:

Best location in Tahoe! Reasonably priced!

I have rented condos at the Marriott Grand Residence in the Heavenly Village a few times. It is much better to rent directly from the owner and save significantly over renting through Marriott. This condo is steps away from the casinos, restaurants, Raley's grocery store, shopping and is next door to the Heavenly Gondola. The gondola is literally no more than 150 feet from the elevator. This sure beats driving to the slopes every day. The condo is roomy, has a nice pool and mountain view, fireplaces, nice kitchen, and nicely decorated. The complex has a gym, sauna, spa, and heated pool. Any condo you can rent in the Heavenly Village complex is good find.

We had a very nice condo, 2 bdrms, 3 baths, kitchen, living room, and huge patio. Perfect location to walk to the casinos, restaurants, starbucks, grocery store, even the theatres! Would recommend this condo to anyone!

For most Lake Tahoe properties, the term "close to the lifts" and "close to the nightlife" can't be used together. The Marriott Grand Residence is both! Casinos and restaurants next door and the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort gondola that takes you all the way to the top of the mountain is right outside the front door. The ski valet made it painless to get out and on the mountain quickly

Finding an affordable rental unit in South Lake Tahoe that is big enough to handle our entire family is hard. This place was perfect!

Q:When is the best times to book for a stay in Lake Tahoe?

A:Lake Tahoe is a great spot to visit year-round. The best times to *avoid* are usually the Christmas and New Years weeks and the July 4th week. The mountains usually have a good base of snow by mid-December (but often as early as Thanksgiving) and the snow remains good through early April. For spring and summer enthusiasts, the day-time weather is short-sleeve weather from early May through October during the day.
