This condo is just right for the economy traveler(s). With two double beds and two fold out couches, there are plenty of places to sleep, but with only one bathroom, it would be better to keep your group rather small. For the three of us, it was perfect. A well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, cable TV, pool, etc. were nice. You can rent bikes across the street and ride just one mile to Pope Beach. Lidiya, the owner, is friendly and organized. Other than the traffic on Emerald Bay Rd being a little noisy at times, the condo was comfy and clean and a great deal for the price.

Myself and my children recently rented Bill & Dots vacation home in South Lake Tahoe, and were very impressed with our stay. The location of the condo could not have been better. you are right in the middle of it all, but just far enough up the hill to enjoy the peace and quiet. Home was very well kept, and very clean and comfortable. Already want to plan next years trip, and will try and reserve this condo again. My only complaint, which is a minor one is that the water heater was turned down a little to low. Couldn't even get one quick shower in without running out of luke warm water. I say that this is a minor complaint because in July and August it is very warm so cool showers are not so bad, and the fact that the lake is 99.9 percent pure water we managed. I would recommend his place, and will stay there again. Rebecca & Family
