Description of the South Lake Tahoe vacation home rental
4 bedrooms with private full bath, one small room with 3 single beds and large party room with 4 double futon beds. Three of the 4 bedrooms have King beds, the other has 2 Queens. Large sunken fire-pit downstairs seats 15 around the fire. Large wet-bar party room upstairs seats 14. Large screen cable TV, sound system with speakers upstairs, downstairs and on the back deck. There are 5 separate outdoor decks, the largest has a huge commercial barbecue and dinner seating for 16+. Large hot-tub, heated garage, snow removal service in wintertime and 5 people-powered boats in the summer. Glassare & china service for 22. Wolf type commercial gas range in the kitchen.

On the lakefront street in a private lagoon community with tennis courts, basketball courts, two olympic size pools (indoors heated and outdoors) available for your use. Off road paved bicycle trails go for mile in each direction around the lake. Bicycle and boat rental available in the neighborhood. The backyard dock can hold up to a 55 foot yacht.
