Description of the South Lake Tahoe vacation home rental

Large heated private indoor swimming pool complete with Waterfall, Fireplace, Special lighting, Log bar and Stereo. Sound interesting? There's more...Steam room, sauna room, and Hot tub under the stars. Huge Log Great room, Large Loft with not only extra beds and a sofa pullout but still has room for the Pool table and Foosball table. High speed wireless Internet, TVs in every bedroom plus Living room with lots of cable channels, free long distance (US)telephone, and a full gourmet kitchen complete with wine cooler. Owner may consider pets if agreed to beforehand. I do offer further discounts if you spot any unreserved dates within 7 days, lets make a deal, likely 20% off!

Take a look at the calendar and see dates go fast so PLAN AHEAD. Reserve dates more than 90 days in advance with only a $500 deposit, full payment always due within 90 days (exception: Christmas and New Year weeks full payment due if within 6 months). Any questions just ask.

The "Castle" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with empty wooded lots on either side for extra privacy. Only about 5 miles to the Lake or about the same to Casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort. Reno Airport is 59 miles away. My prices compare to many homes of same size but with no amenities like this home. You save because I manage it directly and pass on the savings. This home has been an extremely popular vacation rental since 2001. There's nothing quite like Lake Tahoe. Save money and come visit in April-May, or Sept-Oct. Rates only $375 per night and minimum stay only 3 nights. Anniversary? Birthday? Sick days (sick of work)? Great times of year to miss the crowds and still enjoy cooler weather for hiking and biking and sight seeing around the Lake. Or just relax in the warm pool or stargaze in the hot tub:)

• Deposits: $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit. All fees are due within 90 days of stay. To reserve prior to 90 days (highly recomended)a deposit of $500 will hold your dates and rates until 90 days prior. Any cancellation prior to 90 days subject to a 3% cancellation fee on that deposit amount only ($15). See contract for all terms and cancellations within 45 days.
   
• Other Fees: Normal cleaning fee with any stay is $250 which includes all pool and spa service. Excessive cleaning may cost more. Optional maid service during stay is available at guests request and expense. Also add 10% local tax. Also $500 security deposit is charged but is refundable in full per terms.
