This spacious 2400 SQFT home is perfect for a Tahoe Luxury retreat or a relaxing family vacation. Relax with a cup of coffee on the second story deck amid panoramic views of the Sierra mountains taking in in the quite and fresh air. Enjoy a luxury bath in the jacuzzi with a plush pillow and complimentary soaps and gels. Get away from everyone and relax while watching the large screen TV on the sofa in the master bedroom. Read a book or take a nap in the back yard hammock watching the friendly birds and peaceful mountain view. Grab the family and take off for a sporadic bike ride through the neighborhood, just a block away you'll find a park with a 9 Acre lake, BBQ area, Little Tikes playground, and a view of Echo Summit with the lake in the foreground that is just breathtaking. There is a building and patio area that is a great spot for weddings. Bring a tennis racket for a quick morning game there are two fenced in courts. For the man who likes to fish this is a great spot just one block, so close to the house, just bring you fishing gear and walk to the Truckee river or fish in the Lake. I've had people tell me they didn't leave the house as they such a great time. We are also uniquely situated between all three major resorts in SLT 15 minutes to Heavenly, 20 minutes to Sierra, 25 minutes to Kirkwood. If you don't feel like driving grab a sled from the garage and go across the street with the kids as the golf course turns into a sledding and snowmobile area in winter. The kids usually just play in the back yard as we have a huge fully fenced in back yard they make jumps, snow men, snow ball fights no need to go anywhere! For the Guys we have ordered all the extra sports channels and there is a large screen plasma with surround sound, or play a game of Pool on the 30th anniversary Olhausen pool table, work on your putting skills on the back yard putting green! Or challenge your friends to Horse Shoes. The Casinos are a short 15 minute drive take pioneer trail it's a strait shot to the state line.

Came for President's Day weekend with half of us hitting the slopes at Kirkwood and Sierra, and the other half of us staying in the house. Very comfortable and warm house with plenty of towels for all involved. Kitchen was easy to use and it was a great location. Would be happy to stay here again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Top Notch Cabin Super well equippted.My wife, baby, and parents stayed at this cabin for 3 nights. It had everything you could possibly ask for from flat screen tv's and dvds in the living room and all the bedrooms to every utensil and cooking gadget in the kitchen. The mattresses and sheet set were top notch as well as all the furniture - it even had all the equipment for a baby - crib, stroller, pack n' play. I highly recommend this cabin!

Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great Property! Nice house. The house is very spacious, comfortablem, and tastefully decorated. The beds are super comfortable with firm mattresses and high quality linens. Lora is also a very gracious host, making our visit all the better. Hope to come back again.

We rented the house for a weekend for my husband's 50th birthday. All he wanted was relaxing time with his family - especially the grandkids! Our 3 kids, 2 nephews and a girlfriend and the granchildren came. My husband got everything he wanted! -including a nice soak in the hot tub and a bike ride. I think he said "Thank you honey" about 6 times that weekend. The whole family had a really great time. What a great house.
